At SPELL, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all full-priced items. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene stickers remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or store credit has been processed.
